Our History

From a Family of Builders

Born as "number 6" in a family of 13 children, Matt knew he wanted to be a builder at 16 years of age. From a Family of Builders, all seven brothers currently make or have made their living in the building industry.

After studying five years at Brigham Young University for real estate development and construction management Matt began to build a dream team that has become more of a family than coworkers. Matt leads the team as the vision leader and relies on the team to make the vision become a reality.

Matt remembers building his first home under the mentoring of his general contractor friend Bjorn Johansson in 1990. Now after building many hundreds of beautiful homes and also many beautiful communities, Matt and his team continues to grow and improve always striving to do better through efficiency and effectiveness to provide a greater service, product and lifestyle for all that they serve.
